Gym membership is not open for all. The Gym can only be used by our members who have signed up for a complete fitness programme and we limit the intake for this so you do not have to wait for equipment. Your time is precious and we value it. Our private, exclusive environment provides the perfect setting for you to focus on your fitness without distractions.
Our experienced trainers will work with you one-on-one to create a customized workout plan tailored to your specific goals. With proper form and technique education and nutrition and behaviour change education, you'll be able to see the results you want.
Please note that most fitness programmes fail, because of a lack of consistency in following the process and so while we work on the technical aspects of fitness, we also work on behavioural changes so you can consistently and with time effortlessly follow your fitness routine to get long term results
With our one-on-one training, you'll receive personalized attention and guidance from our experienced trainers. They will teach you proper form and technique for exercises such as squats, deadlifts, and bench presses, as well as educate you on the importance of a healthy diet and how to make smart food choices.
